Les Servages d'Armelle offers ten rooms and suites. Classic Rooms, located in the Chalet, feature a King-size bed, a child's bed (in Classic Room N°1), a bathroom with a whirlpool bath, a TV, a minibar, and a Nespresso machine. Prestige Rooms, situated in the Farmhouse, include a fireplace and a balcony with views of the Aravis mountain range and the Mont-Blanc valley. Prestige rooms also have a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower. Family Suites in the Chalet have a King-size bed, a wood-burning stove, and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath. Family Suite N°4 is a duplex and includes a mezzanine lounge area.

The hotel features a 200 m² private chalet for up to six people. The chalet is equipped with a kitchen, a lounge with a fireplace, and ski-in/ski-out access to the Grand Massif ski area. It includes a living area, an open-plan kitchen, and hotel services. The chalet has one room with a Queen-size bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and another room with a King-size bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and shower. A sofa bed in the living room accommodates two additional people. On request, up to five hotel rooms, each with a bathroom, can be added.

The hotel's restaurant serves gourmet dishes using seasonal produce. Chef Pascal sources ingredients from producers such as Marie Luxe for sea fish and Boujon cheesemonger for cheeses. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday and offers Savoyard specialities. Guests can dine indoors by the stone fireplace or on the south-facing terrace with views of the Aravis mountain range. The terrace extends into a veranda. Menus can be suggested on request.

Hotel Les Servages is beside the ski slopes of Les Carroz d'Arâches in the Grand Massif ski area, providing access to 265 km of pistes. The Timalets slope allows ski back to the village and the hotel. The hotel is the starting point for snowshoeing and ski touring trails. The Grand Massif offers 139 ski runs accessed via 62 ski lifts. The area includes fun zones, sledging areas, and freeride zones. The Aquacime Mountain Spa center is located nearby.

Located in Les Carroz d'Arâches, near Flaine, Hotel Les Servages d'Armelle is 80 km from Meythet. It is accessible from the A40 motorway Geneva - Chamonix Mont Blanc, exit at junction 19 CLUSES FLAINE, following signs for Flaine-Les Carroz d'Arâches. Cluses SNCF-TGV train station is 15 km away. From Les Carroz, take the Route des Moulins towards "Les Servages". The hotel is located beside the Timalets piste, below the slalom stadium in Les Servages neighborhood.
